<p>1917-2000 </p><p>Neil Adam Seader, 83, of Cheyenne died July 10 at United Medical Center-West. </p><p>He was born Jan. 2, 1917, in Melbeta, Neb. </p><p>Mr. Seader had retired as a machinist for the Union Pacific Railroad after 30 years of service.</p><p>He was a member of the Eagles. </p><p>Mr. Seader is survived by two sons, Neil J. Seader of Las Vegas, Nev., and Charles Lee Seader of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Irene of Denver, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren. </p><p>He was preceded in death by his wife, Erma Seader on Feb. 10, 1997; two daughters, Kathleen Seader-Canning and Julia L.
