    John E. Ciglar<br>John (Red) Ciglar of 1121<br>McMahon Ave., Monessen,<br>died yesterday at 10 a.m. in<br>Charleroi Division of Mon<br>VaUey Hospital following a<br>declining illness. He was 48.<br>Mr. Ciglar was born Dec. 27,<br>1929, in Monessen, a son of<br>Edward and Anna Jurenek<br>Ciglar, both of whom survive,<br>of Monessen.<br>A lifelong Monessen<br>resident, Mr. Ciglar was<br>employed at the Monessen<br>Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh<br>Steel Corp.<br>He was a member of the<br>Most Holy Name of Jesus<br>Catholic Church, and was past<br>treasurer of Cub Scout Pack<br>1509, both in Monessen.<br>In addition to his parents he<br>is survived by his widow,<br>Betty Coughanour Ciglar; two<br>sons, David and Thomas, both<br>at home; one daughter,<br>Barbara, at home; a brother,<br>Joseph Ciglar, of Monessen;<br>one sister, Justine Ferdy of<br>West Mifflin; and numerous<br>nieces and nephews.<br>A son, John Edward Ciglar,<br>preceded him in death on Sept.<br>1,1962.<br>Friends will be received in<br>the Yoney Funeral Home,<br>First St. and Schoonmaker<br>Ave., Monessen, from 7 to 9<br>.p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9<br>p.m. tomorrow.
