    <p>That I, Thomas H. Hammes,&nbsp;a brother of the claimant Lucinda Mill Willow of John Mill and personally know that her only marriage</p><p>was that to her first husband &quot; Samuel Jones&quot; who died 1868 and her marriage to the soldier John Mill of July 3 1869 also</p><p>they were never divorced from each other but lived togetrher as man and wife from the of of their marriage in 1869 to when he died in 1906.</p><p>Signed Thomas H. If he had been I surely&nbsp; would have known it.</p><p>From a boy he was a Cripple and therefore unfit</p><p>for any Military service.</p>
