<p>On 16 May 1725, David and Abigail Tilden were recommended to the Southerly Church of Christ in Dorchester (later Stoughton). </p><p>On 4 Jan 1728/9 Ezra Picher of Scituate, David and Abigail Tilden of Stoughton, Hannah Picher of Milton, George and Sarah Wadsworth, Thomas and Susanna Meed and Mary Picher, all of Stoughton sold 18+ acres in Stoughton to Joseph Hartwell. This was not recorded until 2 Jun 1773. This would be disposing of some Picher family property. </p><p>On 17 Mar 1741/2 David Tilden of Stoughton, cordwainer, and wife Abigail sold 25 acres in Stoughton to John Dickerson. David Tilden and Ezra Tilden were witnesses. On 29 May 1747 David Tilden of Stoughton sold 20 aces in Stoughton to David Tilden Jr. of Stoughton.</p>
