<p>Bill Quinlisk Dead at Age 79</p><p>William E. Quinlisk, a Punxsutawney clothing merchant and real estate appraiser, died Monday November 19. 1979 at his home at 105 Sycamore St. He was 79.</p><p>A life long resident of Punxsutawney, Quinlisk operated the Custom Clothing tailoring shop on West Mahoning St. and was a real estate appraiser for the National Bank of the Commonwealth. He was a former member of the Adrian Hospital Board of Trustees.</p><p>He was born March 29, 1900 in Punxsutawney, the son of James W and Elizabeth Dwyer Quinlisk. He was married June 30, 1936 to the former Francis Hufnagel, who survives. He was a member of the Saints Cosmas and Damian Roman Catholic Church.</p><p> </p><p>Surviving relatives include his wife, at home; three daughters: Betsy Quinlisk, Manhattan, N.Y.: Mrs Richard (Judith) Shaffer, Sharpsville, Mrs. James (Anita) Bowser, Seoul, Korea; one son, Michael Quinlisk, Derry: ten grandchildren and one sister, Mary E. Quinlisk, Punxsutawney. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph P and James B Quinlisk.</p><p>A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in the Saints Cosmas and Damian Roman Catholic Church Friday at 11 a.m. Father A Joseph Book will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.</p><p> </p><p>Friends will be received Wednesday in the Deeley Funeral HOme from 2-4 and 7-09 pm and Thursday from 7-9 p.m.</p><p>The family has suggested that memorials be made to the Saints Cosmas and Damian Roman Catholic Church Building Fund or to the Punxsutawney Area Hospital in memory of Mr. Quinlisk. </p><p> </p>
