Paulie, age 84, passed away March 17, 2004 in Port Richey, FL where he resided for 25 years. Daughter Theresa extends an invitation to all to pay respect to this exceptional humanitarian. A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2004, 11 a.m., at Sacred Heart Parish, Appleton with Father Bob Karuhn officiating. The Appleton Police Honor Guard and Knights of Columbus Honor Guard, Council 607, will be in attendance, and the U.S. Coast Guard will also be represented. Musical accompaniment will include harp, vocal soloist and bagpipe. Dinner will follow at the church.</font></p>

Mr. Paulie was born in Seymour, Wis. He came to this area from New London, Wis. and has lived here for 25 years. He worked for the City of Appleton, Wis. for 30 years as a Law Enforcement Inspector. He was a member of Wisconsin Law Enforcement Officers Assoc., Wisconsin Professional Police Assoc., Appleton PBA, Past Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus Council #607 in Appleton, present member of Knights of Columbus Council #5869 in Port Richey, Chief of Security Hillshire Farm Company in New London, Wis., present member of Eucharist Ministry of St. Michael, and the tutor program of St. Michael Bishop Larkin School. He is survived by his daughter, <font face="Verdana" color="#000000"><font face="comic sans ms,sand" color="#339966"><strong>Theresa A. Dutcher,</strong></font> </font>of Port Richey.
