    <p><font size="4">There are several entries for the McGee family in &quot;The Enclyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy,&quot; Vol IV, Henrico Monthly Meeting, beginning in 1721 when William McGee of Hanover signed the marriage certificate of his son, James.</font></p><p><font size="4">I&#39;m not sure of the exact dates as I believe something changed in the calender at some point, but the following are the dates in the source:</font></p><p><font size="4">9 Dec 1721/22 - James McGee married Rebeckah Prewet in the Friends Meeting House, Hanover Co., VA.&nbsp; His father, William, signed the certificate.</font></p><p><font size="4">3 Jan 1721/22 James [Magahe] reported married to Rebeckah Prewet</font></p><p><font size="4">19 Feb 1722 Samuel [Maghe], son of William of Hanover, m. Mary Lead (Ladd), daughter of William, in the Friends Meeting House in Waynoke Parish, Charles City Co., Virginia</font></p><p><font size="4">28 Feb 1722 Samuel [Magahe] reported married to Mary Lead (Ladd)</font></p><p><font size="4">2 Jan 1733/34 William [Magahe] served on a comm of Charles Johnson</font></p><p><font size="4">1 Jul 1739 Samuel [Megecy] of the Swamp Meeting, suffered seizure of 120 lbs of tobacco&nbsp; by Wm.
