On the same day the Union also proceeded against Ernest Stafford Burey, Grazier of 'Ulandilla' Station, Mitchell, for breach of Clause 11 of the Shearing Industry Award (accommodation) for failing to provide a kitchen and dining room for shearing employees. Defendant pleaded not guilty, but was convicted and fined .£6/10/ with -10/-— costs.
