    <font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Paul B. Dermer Jr. (Hyndman)</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">HYNDMAN, Pa. &mdash; Paul B. Dermer Jr., 79, of Hyndman went to be with the Lord Friday, June 2, 2006, at his home surrounded by his family.</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Mr. Dermer was born Dec. 3, 1926 in Fairhope, Pa., a son of the late Paul and Eva (Perdew) Deremer. </font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">He is survived by Ruth V. (Clites) Dermer, his wife of 59 years, whom he married May 17, 1947; sons, Kenny Dermer and wife JoAnn of Hyndman, Brian Dermer and wife Joslyn of Berlin; daughters, Judy Rank and husband Joey of LaVale, Linda Miller and husband Joe of Hyndman, Roxie Birmingham and husband Rick of Chambersburg, Sandy Aurndt and husband Bill of Berlin; a brother, Pastor James Deremer of Corriganville; sisters, Betty Housel of Hyndman, Mary Hare of Panama City, Fla.;11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Buttons. </font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Mr. Dermer retired from CSX Railroad after 44 years of service. He was a member of the Hyndman Church of the Brethren and a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II.</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Davis and the Rev. Kevin Broadwater officiating. </font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Burial will follow at Hyndman Cemetery, Hyndman.</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hyndman Church of the Brethren or WMHS Hospice.</font></font><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font>
