Wildhagen, confused me with the marriage date <br>of 1886.{Opps my typo} Yes, Clyde A. Wildhagen, Sr, did marry after <br>Viola passed. The lady had been a long time friend of the family, She <br>did pass shortly after they married. Clyde, Sr, passed in Colorado. He <br>came to be near his son Clyde Jr.<br><br>Are you searching the Wildhagen family? They are cousins of mine, 2-3 <br>times removed. I found the family last year and have kept in touch ever <br>since.<br><br>Viola Davis, was my grandfather Harold Davis's sister. This man was my grandfather. He married Viola Davis and then went to Cape Town South Africa where my mother Myrtle and her brother Clyde Jr were born. They were missionaries there. They worked among the Cape coloreds. When they came back to the US, my mom was 16. Grandpa worked in printing, printing Bibles and was also a pastor for many years. He was a grand man.
