BAYLESS believing that my natural life is drawing near to a close, Do make and publish this as my last will and testament.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: xx-small;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">1st - I will and bequeath that all my just debets and my funeral expenses be paid and that my children see that I have a decent burial and that my two sons E.W. and R.R. BAYLESS each pay two fifths of said expenses and my daughter J.E. BROCKWELL pay the remainder which will be one fifth of the above expenses.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: xx-small;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">2nd - I will and bequeath that Mrs. E.W. BAYLESS wife of E.W. BAYLESS two fifths to R.R. BAYLESS and one fifth to J.E.
