<p>Wedding announcement found in the New Castle News, Wednesday 12 Dec 1900</p><p> </p><p>FOX-DEIGER</p><p> A quiet home wedding was solemnized this (Wednesday) afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Hutton on Neshonnock Avenue. The bride was Miss Mary Deiger and the groom James Fox. The ceremony was performed by Dr. H. S. Jordan and only a few friends and relatives were present. The bride has made her home at th Hutton residence for th past five years. She is a resident of Mercer County, but has made New Castle her home for about 15 years. The groom is master electrician at the car barn of the New Castle Traction Company. After a delicious wedding repast, Mr. and Mrs. Fox left on a ten days' wedding trip and upon their retrun will go to housekeeping on Blaine St.</p>
<p> This notice was found in the New Castle news, Monday, November 19, 1956</p><p> </p><p>Mrs. Mary J. Fox</p><p> Mrs. Mary J. Fox, 84, 131 Poland Ave. Struthers O. died at the home of a daughter there yesterday at 4:30 a.m. She had been ill for the past two weeks.</p><p> Mrs Fox was born in Niles, O.. January 15, 1872 and was daughter of John F. and Jane Buchanan Deiger. Her husband, James F. Fox died in Aug 1942.</p><p> She was a member of Third UP Church, this city; the YLB Bible Class and Section E.</p><p> Surviving are one son, James F Fox Jr., this city; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Maine, Sharon, Mrs John Ellis; Struthers, O, three brothers and four sisters. Fred Shiderly, Darlington; Roy Deiger, this city; Mrs. John Turner, Sharon; Mrs. May Zook, Mercer; Mrs Ida Holzapple, Jackson Center, O.; Mrs Anna Hanna, this city; five granchildren and nine great grandchildren.</p><p> Services will be held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. from the Reynolds Funeral Home, 909 Adams St with Dr. Cuyler Ferguson in charge. Interment will be in Castle View Burial Park.</p><p> The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. </p><p> </p>
