Vance, 80, of LeRoy, died at 12:53 a.m. Saturday (April 3, 2004) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.</p> <p>Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, LeRoy. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, LeRoy, the Rev. Peggy Vogelsinger officiating.</p> <p>Memorials may be made to LeRoy Peacemeals or an organization of the donor's choice.</p> <p>Mrs. Vance was born Feb. 22, 1924, in Normal. She was the daughter of McKinley M. and Laura Spurling Kampf. She married Marvin Junior Vance on July 1, 1942, at Cape Girardeau, Mo. He preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 1984.</p> <p>Surviving are two sons, Delmar E. (Arlene) Vance, Normal; and James E. (Francie) Vance Sr., Pinellas Park, Fla.; one daughter, DeeAnn (Richard) Miller, LeRoy; six grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; one brother, Mack S. (Velma) Kampf, Paducah, Ky.; one sister, Maryan Lewis, Indianapolis, Ind.; several nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law, Hilda Kampf, Atlanta; and a special friend, Roy Miller, Bloomington.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by one brother, Dean M.
