Deed Record. P. 508. <br>Warranty Deed. Lydia B.(maiden BIBLER) and John Hisle to Samuel Graham. <br>Filed for Record the 23 day of October A.D. 1883 at 1:25 o&rsquo;clock P.M. <br>C. Thoreson, Recorder Hamilton Co., Iowa <br>Know All Men by these Presents: <br>That We Lydia Hisle (formerly Lydia Collins of Hamilton Co., Iowa and John Hisle her husband of Henry County, State of Kentucky in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars, in hand paid by Samuel Graham of Hamilton County, State of Iowa do hereby Sell and Convey unto the said described premises, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, situated in the County of Hamilton and State of Iowa, to-wit: The South East quarter of the South West quarter of Section No. Three (3) in Township No. Eighty seven (87) North of Range No. Twenty six (26) West of the 5 PM Iowa containing Forty (40) acres according to US Survey. <br>And we hereby covenant with the said Samuel Graham that we hold said premises by good and perfect title; that we have good right and lawful authority to Sell and Convey the same; that they are free and clear of all liens and incumbrances whatsoever, subject to all legal highways, and we covenant to Warrrant and Defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and the said Lydia B. Hisle hereby relinquishes her right of dower in and to the above described premises. <br>Signed the 16th day of October A.D. 1883. <br>Lydia B. Hisle <br>John Hisle <br>In presence of James P. Campbell <br>O.M. Homerston (?) <br>State of Iowa (crossed out) Kentucky (written in), Henry County. SS. <br>On this 16th day of October A.D. 1883, before me W.W. Turner a County Clerk within and for said County, personally came Lydia B. Hisle &amp; John Hisle her husband personally to me known to be the identical person whose names are affixed to the above instrument as grantors, and severally acknowledged the execution of the same to be their voluntary act and deed, for the purposed therein expressed. <br>In testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my official seal at New Castle, Kentucky on the date last above written, W.
